Thanks to the amazing world of used video games I have been able to pick up and play through a quite a few games that I would otherwise not have been able to. I figured since I’ve found some gems throughout this process I would begin to document them here. However because I am not a video game reviewer, and I’m usually pretty lazy, I am simply going to use the following scale while writing about them:
Great
This game is worth picking up regardless of the price. It was a lot of fun.
Surprisingly Good
This game was either a hidden gem or did something that elevated it above other similar titles.
Mediocre
This game is middle of the pack. While it is not bad, it just doesn’t do anything to stand out.
Bad
This game is one you’ll want to skip. Not worth your time or money.
In addition I will include what I think the game is worth. This will broken down into three categories:
Any Price
This game is worth the original sticker price. Don’t feel bad about picking it up at any price.
Cheap
This game is definitely worth some money, but only if that money is less than the original sticker price. Try and pick this one up on the cheap if possible.
Free (or less…)
This game is really only worth getting if it happens to be almost free, free or if someone is actually willing to pay you to take it from them.
Here are the list of games that I have written about:
